Life:

Effectively manage foreman, offering support to ensure projects are being completed to the highest standard. You will have heavy involvement when meeting clients so clear communication is key. Monitor and manage budgets, project timelines as well as project documentation. Work closely with project managers to ensure a smooth project process can be met.

Key Requirements:

5+ years in as a roofing superintendent. Extensive experience working with commercial roofing products Experience managing multiple projects at the one time.
