Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in the Southern Maryland Area. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Responsibilities include coordinating with multiple stakeholders, managing logistics, expediting project timelines, conducting inspections to ensure quality and safety, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Strong leadership capabilities and attention to detail are critical in this role. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Project Management and relevant methodologies Experience with Expediting and Expeditor practices for timely project execution Knowledge in Inspection practices to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Skills in Logistics Management to effectively coordinate resources and workflows Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and clients Highschool diploma Experience in construction or related industry is preferred Responsible for scheduling jobs and coordinating with in house and subcontractors Subject to background check and obtaining driving record due to being on insurance programs
