Maryland , Upper Marlboro Job Description Project Manager - Bridge Construction & Repair We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale bridge construction and repair projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in heavy civil infrastructure who can manage complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage bridge construction and repair projects from start to finish Oversee budgets, schedules, and overall project performance Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and field teams Maintain communication with owners, DOTs, engineers, and stakeholders Track costs, manage change orders, and ensure profitability Review contracts, plans, and specifications Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

Qualifications:

Experience in bridge construction and/or bridge repair required Proven success managing large, complex infrastructure projects Strong understanding of heavy civil construction methods and sequencing Experience working with DOTs and public infrastructure projects preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
