Construction Supervisor

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Supervisor to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Construction Supervisor, you will coordinate with various teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed. Duties Supervise the construction site for an average of 3 to 4 hours daily, ensuring work progresses according to plans and schedules, lasting about 2 to 3 months. Enforce safety regulations by implementing OSHA standards and conducting regular safety inspections Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets specified standards and contractual requirements Requirements Proven experience in construction site supervision. Fluency in the Spanish language. Supervising experience with a focus on safety compliance under OSHA regulations Must have own truck for transporting materials on a small scale if necessary.

Pay:

$35.00 - $37.50 per hour
