Job Description
Position Title:
Project Manager Reports to :Construction Services and CEO Position Summary:
Responsible for the overall management and successful completion of multiple projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and managing resources, while also leading and mentoring project teams and maintaining strong client relationships.Essential Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocation strategies. 2. Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, managing expectations and addressing concerns. 3. Oversee all project activities from preconstruction, construction and warranty phases. 4. Lead a team of construction professionals, including superintendents, foremen, and other project staff. 5. Manage project costs, ensure adherence to budgets, and track progress against schedules. 6. Manage project scope changes, including impacts to schedule and budget. 7. Ensure quality of work and conformance to project plans and specifications. 8. Adhere to all corporate policies and federal, state and local labor and safety regulations. 9. Identify and mitigate potential project risks. 10. Represent Construction in business community with customers, consultants, contractors, and other public and/or private agencies and organizations. 11. Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture preferred.Experience:
5-7 years of relevant experience directly related to duties and responsibilities.Technical expertise:
Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders; familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices; experience with various types of construction projects and materials; ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents; ability to analyze data, identify problems, and develop solutions; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously; proficiency in project management software (e.g., PROCORE), scheduling software, and other relevant software.Personal Traits:
