Job Description

Project Superintendent A growing construction firm is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee field operations across a variety of projects, including educational, industrial, commercial, and mixed-use developments. This role leads day-to-day onsite activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with schedules, quality standards, and contract documents. Project Superintendent Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise all onsite construction activities, including subcontractors, to maintain schedules and productivity Plan, schedule, and manage material deliveries to align with construction sequencing Serve as the primary onsite point of contact, resolving field issues and collaborating with project managers Lead daily site operations, enforcing safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications Maintain daily reports, conduct site meetings, and track progress, manpower, and jobsite conditions Project Superintendent Requirements Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices Highly organized with the ability to manage daily field operations and project milestones Project Superintendent Compensation Salary range: $100,000-$120,000, based on experience Tiered Paid Time Off (PTO) program Health insurance with 50/50 employee premium split Simple IRA with up to 3% company match Opportunity to lead diverse commercial construction projects #MPG1
