Construction Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Operations Manager to oversee heavy highway and civil construction operations. This role is ideal for a leader with a strong understanding of the end-to-end construction process, particularly within earthwork-intensive heavy highway projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations across heavy highway construction projectsManage the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning through execution and closeoutCoordinate field operations, scheduling, manpower, equipment, and subcontractorsDrive productivity, quality, safety, and cost control across projectsCollaborate with project management, estimating, and executive leadershipEnsure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with company standards

Qualifications:
