Night Construction Supervisor

PM Construction Co., a commercial construction management company headquartered in Saco (ME), is hiring for a Night Construction Supervisor role in the Rockland area. The Night Construction Supervisor will oversee the on-site operations of a commercial construction project from planning to completion for evening and early mornings. Project Superintendent responsibilities and duties:

Maintain quality control Daily schedules and timesheets Maintain daily log of building progress and communicate with all involved Supervise all workers/subcontractors on site Coordinate deliveries and vendors Follow OSHA rules and standards Adhere to deadlines and budget restrictions Project Superintendent required qualifications: Related experience within the commercial construction industry Basic computer knowledge/skills Knowledge of industry safety standards Project Superintendent educational requirements: None Project Superintendent benefits include: Medical, vision and dental insurance 401K plus match Paid vacations Paid holidays
