Job Description

Overview Wireless Construction, Inc. is looking for an experienced Civil Earthwork Crew Leader who is ready to get out in the field, work alongside the crew, and help get the job done right on telecommunications infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on position for someone who knows how to lead by example, keep work moving, coordinate labor and equipment, and pitch in with excavation, grading, and site work as needed. The right candidate is dependable, safety-minded, comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of conditions, and willing to travel Monday through Friday frequently. Primary Responsibilities Lead the crew from the front and work side by side with the team on civil earthwork and wireless site construction. Set the pace for the day, assign the work, and keep the crew moving safely and productively. Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to meet job requirements. Jump in and help with excavation, grading, gravel work, foundations, conduit placement, and other day-to-day site work. Review drawings, scope, and jobsite conditions before and during construction. Promote a strong safety culture by conducting jobsite safety meetings and enforcing safe work practices. Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company and customer standards. Communicate with project managers, crews, and customers regarding field progress and jobsite needs. Train and mentor crew members while helping solve field issues as they arise. Required Skills Proven hands-on experience leading crews in civil earthwork, utility, site, or wireless construction. Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and project plans. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of jobsite safety requirements, field logistics, and safe equipment operation. Willingness to work outdoors in changing conditions and travel as needed to support the job. Valid driver's license with good record; must pass background check and drug screen. Preferred Qualifications Previous crew leader experience, familiarity with telecommunications site construction, equipment operation experience, and OSHA or other relevant safety certifications are a plus.

Full-time + Overtime as needed
Pay:
Starting at $25/hour, adjusted based on experience Travel Monday through Friday is often required; meals and incidentals stipend provided when applicable.
