On-Site Supervisor Company Summary Crystal Clean Auto Detailing, founded in 2006 and based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is the largest detailing operation of its kind in the Midwest. We serve over 30 dealerships, thousands of retail customers, body shop accounts, and maintain partnerships with Standard Parking Corporation and the Gerald R. Ford International Airport. Our 35,000 sq. ft. facility supports a growing network of operations across the region. What is the role? The On-Site Supervisor is responsible for managing the detailing team at a single dealership or location. This role ensures efficient operations, quality work, and team accountability through daily oversight and frontline leadership. What will you be responsible for? Leading and managing a team of detailers to meet quality and efficiency standards Monitoring daily labor hours, clock-in compliance, and work pace Managing the delivery board or portal to ensure vehicle status is accurate and up to date Conducting daily opening, mid-day, and closing walkthroughs to assess productivity Ensuring detailing work meets company quality standards and customer expectations Communicating with dealership contacts and resolving workflow issues Supporting the training and onboarding of new detailers Monitoring supply levels and requesting restocks when necessary Entering completed units in Vis and Portal when finished Capturing high quality photos of each dealer-required vehicle Addressing performance issues and escalating to the Area Manager as needed What will you be accountable for? Labor management and performance at the site level Timely and high-quality vehicle delivery Daily operational consistency and adherence to SOPs Communication and alignment with dealership staff Team accountability and coordination with Area Manager PI284595037
