Job Description:
Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from pre-construction through project completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, field personnel, vendors, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Conduct site visits and build strong relationships with contractors, customers, and project stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Monitor project performance to ensure quality, cost, and schedule targets are met.
  • Track project expenses and maintain project profitability.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all site safety requirements.
  • Support project commissioning, closeout activities, and customer handover. Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
  • Experience managing commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects preferred.
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and MEP construction systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, and field teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • PMP certification is a plus. Preferred Experience
