Job Description

Job Overview Reporting to the Lead Superintendent, you will be the backbone of daily on-site operations. You will serve as a key liaison between the field team, subcontractors, and project management. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious builder who wants to master site execution with a clear path to becoming a Lead Superintendent.
Key Responsibilities Site Management:
Assist the Superintendent in managing daily field operations, including supervising and coordinating all on-site subcontractor work.
Quality & Safety:
Enforce OSHA safety regulations and company protocols. Conduct routine inspections to guarantee all work meets strict quality standards and project specifications.
Scheduling & Tracking:
Monitor progress against the project schedule. Assist in maintaining job logs, daily reports, and processing site documentation (RFIs, change orders).
Resource Coordination:
Help manage material orders, tool inventory, and site logistics.
Problem Solving:
Proactively identify and troubleshoot day-to-day on-site issues to prevent construction delays.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
3+ years of progressive, hands-on construction experience (commercial, multifamily, or residential framing background highly preferred).
Leadership:
Proven ability to communicate effectively and keep subcontractors on task.
Compliance:
Strong understanding of current construction codes, practices, and OSHA safety standards.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with MS Office and modern construction project management software.
Logistics:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to the area job site.
