Job Description

Shift Manager (1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift) - $20/hr Minutemen Staffing is supporting one of our customers in Sterling Heights in hiring 3 Shift Managers (one for each shift).
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead teams of 30-40 employees Perform basic Excel data entry and reporting Support daily production and workforce operations
Requirements:
Previous supervisory/management experience Basic Excel skills Bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, speak) Willing to work a temporary 7-day workweek as needed
Pay:
$20/hour Qualified candidates will be interviewed by the customer.
