3 Years (Vertical Construction) We're seeking a seasoned Site Superintendent or Construction Manager to lead field operations on a multi‑year U.S. Coast Guard vertical construction project . This role is central to maintaining compliance, quality, safety, and schedule performance across all phases of construction. Key Responsibilities The selected candidate will oversee and manage all on‑site construction activities, including: Ensuring full compliance with contract requirements, USCG standards, and all governing regulations Maintaining the project schedule and driving milestone completion across multi‑phase vertical construction Overseeing inspections and documenting quality assurance for all structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical work Managing punch lists, commissioning activities, and closeout deliverables Leading site safety programs with strict adherence to

‑1‑1, and federal/state regulations Serving as the primary liaison with safety officials, inspectors, and regulatory agencies Coordinating subcontractors, logistics, site access, and daily field operations Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent or Construction Manager 5+ years of federal or government contracting experience (preferred) Demonstrated expertise in vertical construction methods, sequencing, logistics, and schedule control Strong understanding of civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical systems Ability to support extended or mission‑driven schedules Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong multitasking, prioritization, and independent decision‑making skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail High‑level problem‑solving ability in fast‑paced, evolving environments Professional communication skills—verbal, written, and digital Required Certifications OSHA 30‑Hour Construction Safety (within the last 5 years) Desired Skills & Traits All certifications must be current Highly organized with strong follow‑through Clear, confident communicator Customer‑service and mission‑focused Fluent in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PDF workflows Knowledgeable in construction and safety standards including Cal/OSHA, Fed
