You will be the primary driver of site operations, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities Project Oversight:
Direct and manage construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring strict adherence to architectural plans, specifications, and local building codes.
Budget & Scheduling:
Develop, monitor, and maintain comprehensive project budgets and timelines. Proactively identify potential delays or cost overruns and implement effective corrective measures.
Team Leadership:
Coordinate and supervise all on-site personnel, including site superintendents, field engineers, subcontractors, and laborers, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce rigorous adherence to OSHA regulations and internal company safety policies to maintain a zero-incident work site.
Procurement & Resource Management:
Oversee the selection, requisition, and delivery scheduling of materials, equipment, and labor resources.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, and municipal inspectors, providing regular and transparent progress updates.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
5+ years of proven experience in construction management, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. (extensive, relevant hands-on experience will also be considered).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in modern construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) and a deep understanding of contracts, and blueprint reading.
Leadership:
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Certifications:
OSHA 30 certification is highly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive Base Salary:
$90,000 - $110,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
