Location:

Farmington Hills, MI We are a high-volume roofing company looking for a dedicated, organized, and energetic Site supervisor to join our team. This is a dual-role position perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working outdoors, and ensuring every job site runs like a well-oiled machine. You will be the bridge between our customers, our installers, and the materials needed to get the job done right.

Key Responsibilities On-Site Coordination:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers and installation crews, ensuring clear communication and professional service.

Logistics & Delivery:

Safely operate a company-provided vehicle to run materials to various job sites throughout the day.

Project Oversight:

Monitor progress on sites to ensure quality standards and timelines are met.

Digital Management:

Use computer systems and mobile apps for scheduling, reporting, and tracking project statuses.

Work Schedule Busy Season:

6 days per week (Monday - Saturday).

Off-Season:

5 days per week (while roofing production continues).

Requirements Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written skills. You must be comfortable explaining processes to homeowners and coordinating tasks with crews.

Driving Record:

Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record .

Tech-Savvy:

Proficiency with computers and basic software is required.

Reliability:

A "get it done" attitude and the ability to handle the physical and logistical demands of a high-volume roofing season.

Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay:

Starting at $25/hour , with increases based on your experience and performance.

Performance Review:

A formal review will be conducted at the 30 -day mark .

Equipment Provided:

A company vehicle will be provided for all work-related duties.

From $25.00 per hour
