Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel. Monitor project schedules and productivity. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Conduct site inspections and maintain project documentation. Help resolve field issues and support project execution.

Qualifications Preferred:

Minimum of two years of experience in a construction trade. Relevant construction experience for Assistant Superintendent positions. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents is an asset. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
