You'll be the primary point of contact for customers and partners in the field, ensuring a seamless execution from start to finish. Key ResponsibilitiesField Leadership & Project ExecutionServe as the on-site leader for assigned projects, overseeing all field operations from installation through completionCoordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, within scope, and to quality standardsAct as the primary point of contact between idX, customers, subcontractors, and internal teamsSchedule, Quality & ComplianceReview plans, specifications, contracts, and shop drawings to ensure full compliance with project and code requirementsDevelop and manage site schedules; proactively address issues to ensure timely project completionEstablish and enforce quality standards and lead continuous improvement initiatives in the fieldSafety & Site ManagementMaintain a safe, organized, and clean job site at all timesConduct routine safety audits and enforce company, federal, state, and local safety regulationsLead safety discussions with subcontractors and ensure proper use of PPECoordination & CommunicationCollaborate daily with Project Managers, internal departments (Sales, Design, Production, Transportation), and subcontractors to drive seamless executionAttend preconstruction meetings, customer meetings, and internal training sessions as requiredKeep management informed of progress, risks, and resolution plansReporting & DocumentationComplete required daily field documentation accurately and on time using company systems (Procore, ACC, Bluebeam, etc.)Track materials on-site and forecast future material needsPrepare project reports and required documentation as neededProfessional RepresentationRepresent idX professionally with customers, partners, and subcontractors at all timesUphold company values, policies, and customer service standards while traveling and on-sitePerform additional related duties as assigned QualificationsRequired Experience & Skills2+ years of experience in construction field operations, installation, or site supervisionStrong working knowledge of new construction methods, including the use and installation of lumber and engineered wood productsProven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawingsExperience coordinating subcontractors and managing multiple activities simultaneouslyProficient with construction and business software, including Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively at all organizational levelsDemonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environmentLicensing, Travel & Physical RequirementsAbility to travel nationwide 100% of the time and stay out of town for extended periods (Monday-Friday, some weekends as needed)Valid driver's license (forklift, First-Aid, and CPR certifications required or obtainable within 60 days of hire)Ability to safely work on active job sites, including standing/walking for extended periods, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in varying weather conditionsCommitment to maintaining safe work practices and complying with all company, federal, state, and local safety regulationsProfessional TraitsHigh level of personal accountability and professionalismStrong leadership presence with the ability to represent idX positively with customers and subcontractorsWillingness to comply with company policies, work schedules, and pre-employment requirements including drug testing Preferred but not required experience will be considered. Salary Pay Range & Total Rewards Base salary starting at $85,000+, dependent on experienceAnnual performance bonus tied to company and individual performanceCompany-paid travel expenses and per diemFull benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, holidays, stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement Bonus/Incentive PayAnnual performance bonus opportunity based on Company and specific business unit ROI and PBOP achievement criteria and individual job responsibility and performance.
