Monday - Friday 10am-6pm Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Position Overview:
We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented On-Site HR Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll serve as a key partner to both clients and candidates—connecting top talent with the right opportunities while supporting ongoing HR operations at client sites. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at relationship-building, and is passionate about delivering exceptional staffing and employee support services.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain employee files, assignment records, and timekeeping data accurately and confidentially. Provide clarification on company policies, benefits, and employee handbook details. Assist with coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations as needed. Monitor site compliance with safety standards, HR policies, and performance expectations. Travel between client locations regionally as required. Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and fulfill open roles efficiently and effectively. Conduct full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checks, and reference verification. Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in internal systems. Attend and represent the company at job fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach opportunities. Provide consistent communication and updates to candidates and clients regarding hiring progress. Prepare customized reports or updates for client requests as needed. Conduct employee orientations and prepare all required onboarding documentation. All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
