Job Description:

As a Lead Superintendent, you will be responsible for all site operations on a large, ground-up project (tilt-wall warehouse / distribution center or charter school). This includes managing all subcontractors and trades, maintaining a prompt schedule, coordinating with the PM and owner/client, amongst other typical construction superintendent duties.

Project Sectors:

warehouse, cold storage, data center, Amazon distribution centers, charter schools

NEED:

warehouse project experience (tilt-wall, precast) School project experience is helpful but not as necessary as the warehouse
