Growth Position:

Construction Superintendent Richmond Exteriors is seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Superintendent to oversee residential and/or commercial roofing and siding projects from start to finish. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing crews, coordinating schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires frequent travel to job sites and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Job Duties Supervise and manage roofing and siding projects from production through completion Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labor crews to ensure efficient workflow Conduct job site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with company standards Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with OSHA regulations and local building codes Communicate with homeowners, project managers, insurance adjusters, and office staff regarding project progress and timelines Manage project schedules and ensure deadlines are met Order and verify materials needed for each project Resolve job site issues quickly and professionally Perform final walkthroughs and punch list completion Maintain accurate project documentation, photos, and daily reports Train and mentor crew members when necessary Travel regularly to job sites within assigned territories Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or construction supervision, preferably in roofing and siding Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial roofing systems and siding installation Ability to read work orders, contracts, and construction documents Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Willingness and ability to travel frequently Ability to climb ladders, inspect roofs, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and construction management software is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Company vehicle, phone and tablet provided Fuel card and travel reimbursement Health insurance options Paid time off and holidays Bonus opportunities based on performance Career advancement opportunities

$65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
