Requirements:

Able/willing to work in Lansing and surrounding areas, Grand Rapids, as well as other parts of Michigan when needed. experience with hospital projects and medical offices, as well as renovation work in occupied hospitals a MUST- can be ground up or renovation Knowledge and experience with anterooms, PCRA, RF shielding, positive and negative air pressure preferred.

ASHE CHC

certification or willing to get certified 5+ years of experience or more leading construction crews as a Superintendent Must have a valid driver's license ProCore experience is a plus
