Sales Position

Job Summary We are a state wide pond and lake excavation company and we are seeking an experienced motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our dynamic team. Benefits Paid Time Off (After 6 months) Company Truck (For Work) Company Gas Card (For Work) Duties Call customers that are interested in our services and give them a price over the phone. Not cold calling these are customers that are already looking for us. Schedule and conduct site visits at customers houses answering questions they have and staking out the project. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that may arise. Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Represent Schlicht Ponds professionally both in office and on site. Experience Strong background in sales. Background in general heavy equipment and construction is a bonus Excellent interpersonal skills, strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
