This is an opportunity to join a growing team with a strong pipeline of municipal work, including treatment plants, pump stations, and underground utility projects. Position Overview The Superintendent will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on experience in water/wastewater construction environments. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily field operations on water/wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and underground utility projects Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal crews to maintain project schedules Enforce safety standards and promote a strong safety culture on-site Read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges in the field Ensure quality control and compliance with project requirements Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to drive successful project delivery Qualifications 5+ years of superintendent experience in heavy civil or water/wastewater construction Proven experience with at least one of the following: Water/wastewater treatment plants Pump or lift stations Underground utilities (water, sewer, storm) Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors effectively Proficient in reading construction drawings and specifications OSHA knowledge and commitment to job site safety What's Offered Competitive base salary Performance-based bonuses Company vehicle or allowance Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k) Long-term growth opportunities within a stable and expanding organization
