Job Description
Content Superintendent Full-Time | Exempt | $65K+ (DOE) Overview Lead and manage contents restoration projects from start to finish. This role owns scheduling, customer communication, documentation, and field execution—while keeping projects on time, on budget, and running smoothly. Compensation Salary starting at $65,000+ per year Opportunity for growth based on experience and performance What You'll Do Project Management Oversee contents projects from intake through completion Coordinate pack-outs, pack-backs, and structural cleanings Manage job schedules, resources, and workflow Customer & Communication Act as the main point of contact for customers and adjusters Handle customer concerns and resolve issues quickly Maintain consistent updates throughout the project lifecycle Operations & Execution Assign crews, equipment, and materials based on job needs Ensure all work meets safety standards and company processes Visit job sites to document scope, take photos, and track progress Documentation & Systems Log daily updates, notes, and photos in internal systems Track inventory, including pack-out and storage accuracy Maintain damage logs and ensure proper reporting Financial Oversight Support timely collections on invoices Review and approve subcontractor invoices Communicate supplements and changes within 24 hours Team Leadership Supervise technicians assigned to projects Support training and implementation of processes Conduct performance feedback with leadership input What You Bring 2-4 years of construction, restoration, or project management experience Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects at once Clear communication with customers, crews, and stakeholders Comfortable working in both office and field environments Preferred (Not Required) OSHA certification IICRC certifications (Water, Fire/Smoke, Mold) Physical Requirements Lift up to 25 lbs regularly, 50 lbs occasionally Frequent standing, walking, and job site activity Work Environment Mix of office work and active job site exposure Moderate noise and fast-paced project settings #
