THE MISSION

(Why This Role Matters) As our Site Supervisor , your primary objective is to bridge the gap between the office's plan and the crew's execution. You are the "Logistics Engine." Success is defined by the on time delivery of resources, the accuracy of our installs, and the successful "closure" of the project where the customer is thrilled with their new roof or siding.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

• Waste management: Take full ownership of dump trailer logistics. You will deliver trailers to job sites and manage the efficient emptying of debris at landfills or transfer stations to keep production moving.
• Material runs: Ensure our crews are never stalled. You will perform material runs and verify that every site has the necessary resources to complete projects on time.

Technical Verification:

Review project plans for roofing and siding jobs before the crew starts. You will be the field expert ensuring the work matches the contract.

Field Support & Safety:

You must be comfortable with heights and basic installation. You will be called upon to help tarp roofs, perform minor repairs, and assist crews in technical "pinch points."

Revenue & Quality Closure:

You are the face of the company at the finish line. You will ensure 100% job site cleanliness, conduct the final walk-around with the homeowner, and collect final payment.

Digital Documentation:

You are responsible for taking and logging all required progress photos.

TECHNICAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this high-intensity role, you must meet the following criteria:

Driving & Towing:

You must have a valid chauffer's driver's license and be highly proficient in towing and maneuvering dump trailers.

Height & Technical Comfort:

You must be comfortable on ladders and roofs. Basic knowledge of roofing and siding installation is expected.

Tech Savvy:

You must be able to use smartphone apps (JobNimbus/CompanyCam) efficiently to report field data in real-time.

SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, occasional satrudays. Consistency is key to our production flow. 40-50 hours per week with longer days during peak season.
