Electrical Construction Manager I

Required:

8-15 years of experience in utility transmission, distribution, or substation construction or field operations. Strong understanding of utility construction standards, work methods, and safety rules. In-depth knowledge of: o Substation grounding, structures, and HV equipment installation o Transmission and distribution line construction (OH/UG) o Protection & control systems, relay panels, and control house wiring o Switching, tagging, and clearance procedures Ability to manage contractors and multi-discipline crews in a live utility environment with an unwavering focus on safety. Ability to read and interpret complex utility drawings and technical packages. Strong communication skills with engineering, operations, field personnel, and contractors.

Preferred:

Utility operations or capital project experience (T&D, Substation, Major Projects). Experience with large investor-owned utilities or public power entities. #PPM1
