Lead complex commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality Mentor and develop those around you , strengthening team performance and consistency Build and manage detailed project budgets, proactively forecasting and mitigating financial risks Develop and maintain master project schedules, coordinating across teams, subcontractors, and clients Lead preconstruction efforts including conceptual estimating, constructability reviews, and value engineering Own project contracts, change orders, and documentation with a high level of precision and accountability Serve as a trusted partner to owners, developers, designers, and key stakeholders Navigate and resolve complex field challenges common to industrial builds (phasing, equipment integration, utilities, safety, and operational continuity) Champion safety and quality standards across all projects What You Bring You're not just experienced—you're someone others look to for direction, clarity, and results.
