  • opportunity to mentor and help shape the next generation of PMs What You'll Do This role goes beyond managing schedules and budgets—you'll be a strategic leader, problem-solver, and mentor across multiple projects.
Lead complex commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality Mentor and develop those around you , strengthening team performance and consistency Build and manage detailed project budgets, proactively forecasting and mitigating financial risks Develop and maintain master project schedules, coordinating across teams, subcontractors, and clients Lead preconstruction efforts including conceptual estimating, constructability reviews, and value engineering Own project contracts, change orders, and documentation with a high level of precision and accountability Serve as a trusted partner to owners, developers, designers, and key stakeholders Navigate and resolve complex field challenges common to industrial builds (phasing, equipment integration, utilities, safety, and operational continuity) Champion safety and quality standards across all projects What You Bring You're not just experienced—you're someone others look to for direction, clarity, and results. Proven ability to manage submittals, RFIs, and complex project documentation Strong understanding of geotechnical reports and their impact on planning and execution Experience in conceptual and detailed estimating, especially within industrial or design-build environments Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams (architectural, structural, civil, MEP, and process systems) Experience managing a variety of delivery methods, including negotiated, design-build, and fast-track projects A natural mentor—able to guide and develop less-experienced team members What Sets You Apart You lead with confidence, accountability, and a solutions-first mindset You can zoom in on details and zoom out to see the big picture You build trust quickly—with clients, teams, and partners You don't wait for problems—you anticipate and solve them Qualifications Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5-7+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial and industrial construction Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing Project Managers or Project Engineers Strong financial acumen with advanced budgeting and cost control experience Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to operate independently while contributing to broader company goals and standards
