This role ensures safe, efficient, and high‑quality delivery of installation projects while serving as a professional representative of Golden Way Group at client facilities. The Project Site Supervisor is responsible for coordinating skilled trades, maintaining schedule integrity, enforcing safety and quality standards, and driving day‑to‑day project performance. Key Responsibilities Lead on‑site execution of industrial installation and equipment integration projects Maintain project timelines, milestones, and daily activity plans Coordinate skilled trades, subcontractors, and cross‑functional internal teams Enforce safety, quality, and compliance requirements across all work fronts Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively Serve as the primary customer‑facing representative on job sites Allocate labor, equipment, and materials efficiently Maintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, and installation records Support commissioning, industrialization, and equipment startup activities Communicate progress, challenges, and resource needs to leadership and stakeholders Required Qualifications Proven experience supervising industrial installations , equipment commissioning , or construction‑related field operations Strong background coordinating skilled trades and managing field labor Demonstrated ability in team leadership , resource allocation , and customer communication Experience with quality control , risk management , and complex project execution Proficiency with project management tools, documentation systems, and reporting methods Ability to travel extensively and work onsite in fast‑paced industrial environments Preferred Qualifications 3-4 experience in Project Management , Engineering , Business Administration , or a related field Professional certifications such as
PMP , PRINCE2
