Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, Commercial Construction with a strong technical background to oversee federal construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Architecture and a proven track record of managing federal construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and budget requirements Responsible for all aspects of the Statement of Work Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors Manage technical aspects and problem-solving on-site
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Architecture . Minimum 7 years ' experience in construction project management Strong knowledge of construction practices, contracts, and safety standards Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience in the federal space is highly desired. This position requires you to be in our Troy office, full time.
