Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated Construction Superintendent to lead our field operations and bring exceptional quality projects to the finish line. In this hands-on role, you will take ownership of the entire jobsite, overseeing everything from initial site logistics to final project closeout. You will be the primary point of contact for subcontractors, architects, and stakeholders, ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities Jobsite Leadership:
Supervise all on-site personnel and provide clear direction to trade partners to maintain high morale and workflow.
Schedule & Operations:
Develop, execute, and monitor short-term and overall project schedules to prevent trade stacking and delays.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce OSHA safety standards, conduct daily safety inspections, and ensure all site compliance is met.
Quality Control:
Inspect daily work for strict compliance with blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
Documentation & Closeout:
Maintain accurate daily logs, track RFIs, manage material deliveries, and lead final walkthroughs and punch list completion.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
[5+] years of experience in commercial or residential construction, with at least [2-3] years in a supervisory or foreman role.
Leadership:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively motivate crews and negotiate with subcontractors.
Problem-Solving:
The ability to adapt quickly to changing on-site conditions and resolve issues in real-time.
Technical Knowledge:
Advanced understanding of construction blueprints, building codes, cost controls, and scheduling software.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (CDL is a plus).
