SUPERINTENDENTS

Up to $600/week Per Diem PRST is seeking a full-time Electrical Superintendent to lead the execution of multi-family and hotel construction projects. This leadership role is responsible for managing electrical work from initial planning through final completion, with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and meeting project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of electrical construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordination. Lead and manage project teams—electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors—to ensure efficient and effective execution of work. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety regulations. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful and timely completion. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to maintain clear communication and satisfaction. Prepare and review project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports. Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. Uphold the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship across all work. Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to plans and specifications. Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to team members. Responsibilities 3+ years of hospitality experience (installer or lead) 4+ years as a superintendent Local, with willingness to travel Able to lead crews of 8-10 Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety Solid leadership and communication skills Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings Strong problem-solving skills and experience with project management tools The hourly rate for this position is $46 - $48/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
