Project Manager - Residential Construction

Job Summary We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for scheduling, coordination, communication, and ensuring projects stay on time and on budget. Responsibilities Manage construction projects from start to completion Build and maintain project schedules Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections Communicate with clients throughout the project Monitor budgets and timelines Identify and resolve issues proactively Conduct site visits and quality checks Physical ability to assist with on site construction work as required to keep jobs on schedule Experience Experience in construction or project management (residential preferred) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects at once Strong communication skills with clients and trades Self-motivated and able to take ownership of projects

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
