This role is ideal for a construction professional who not only excels at managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, but also plays a key role in RFP responses, pursuit strategy, and winning new work. You'll be a visible contributor to both operations and business development, helping shape how thepany presents itself to clients and partners.

Construction Project Manager II Responsibilities:

Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring strong performance in safety, schedule, quality, and cost Lead and support RFP responses and proposal development, partnering with leadership and business development teams Contribute to pursuit strategy, client presentations, and interview preparation Support preconstruction efforts including estimating, scope development, and bid preparation Review contract documents and site conditions to guide construction means and methods Forecast project financials and prepare monthly reports and project reviews Lead owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development through industry engagement

Construction Project Manager II Requirements:

Minimum 6+ years of full-scope project management experience inmercial construction Proven strength in construction proposal writing, including RFP responses, scope narratives, and interview materials Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred Stronganizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent writtenmunication skills with the ability to translate technical content into clear, client-facing proposals Working knowledge of Procore preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
