Job Description
About the Role We are seeking a versatile, high-level Estimator/Project Manager to lead a wide spectrum of construction projects. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is just as effective at managing a small, simple build as they are leading a complex $10M design-build. In this role, you will work directly with Management and Ownership, serving as a key strategic partner. You must be a "builder-estimator"—someone who can pivot from quick, straightforward quotes to highly technical ground-up projects without losing focus on accuracy or quality.
What You'll Do Direct Ownership Liaison:
Act as a right hand to company leadership, providing real-time project updates and strategic advice on feasibility and cost.
Full-Spectrum Estimating:
Handle everything from simple, low-cost builds to complex, multi-million-dollar design-build projects up to $10,000,000.
Diverse Construction Mastery:
Apply technical expertise across Post-Frame, Stick-Frame, PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings), and Pre-Cast methods for both residential and commercial sectors.
Project Leadership:
Own the project lifecycle, including scheduling, budget tracking, and contract management.
Field Synergy:
Partner with Field Superintendents to ensure onsite execution matches the design intent and remains within the estimated budget.
What You Bring Adaptability:
The ability to scale your approach based on project size—giving a simple build the speed it needs and a complex build the detail it requires.
Proven Track Record:
Extensive experience in estimating and managing ground-up projects, specifically those in the $1M-$10M range.
Technical Versatility:
Expert-level understanding of multiple construction methods (Post-Frame, Stick-Frame, PEMB, Pre-Cast).
Executive Presence:
The ability to communicate construction data clearly to ownership and participate in high-level decision-making.
Design-Build Fluency:
Experience coordinating with architects and engineers from the earliest conceptual stages to completion. Why Join Us? You won't be stuck in a single niche here. Because we handle everything from basic structures to complex $10M developments, your workday will remain diverse and challenging. You will have a seat at the table with company leadership, directly influencing the success of our most significant projects.
