This role offers strong benefits, bonus potential, and a company vehicle allowance.
Construction Superintendent Responsibilities:
Manage daily activities and operations on project sites Coordinate and oversee subcontractor activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules Direct company crews and workforce assignments Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal staff Monitor project progress, complete daily logs, and maintain accurate schedules (including 3-week look-aheads) Coordinate inspections with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) Uphold project quality and safety standards Perform material take-offs, assist with ordering, and manage field-related costs Provide training and mentorship to field personnel Perform light carpentry or labor tasks as needed
Construction Superintendent Requirements:
Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish Strong background coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and inspections Solid understanding of quality and safety standards in the field Ability to manage budgets, field costs, and material procurement Effective communicator with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams
