You will serve as the premier field leader driving the execution of multiple high-end custom residential construction projects from start to finish. This role empowers you to own daily field operations, managing elite craftspeople while building trusted relationships with homeowners. Impact:
Orchestrate daily field operations for custom residential construction projects to ensure unparalleled build quality. Synchronize trade partners, subcontractors, and material suppliers to maintain precise building sequences. Safeguard aggressive construction timelines by proactively identifying potential scheduling friction points. Champion rigorous quality control inspections to uphold elite residential craftsmanship standards. Serve as the main onsite point of contact, ensuring homeowners experience total clarity throughout the build. Master company project management technology to track progress and communicate real-time site updates. Cultivate safe, organized, and immaculate jobsites that reflect professional accountability.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Proven track record in residential construction management with field leadership experience. Masterful ability to read architectural blueprints, construction/survey plans, and detailed specifications. Willingness to travel to multiple metro area jobsites. Elite communication and customer service skills tailored for high-end homeowners. Demonstrated competency utilizing modern project tracking systems and digital field software. Valid driver's license with a dependable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
5 or more years of dedicated custom homebuilding field management experience. Established expertise coordinating complex custom finishes and premium residential structural systems. Active safety or industry-specific credentials such as an OSHA certification.
