Job Description
Immediate Need - Construction Estimator & Project Manager NOVON Consulting is partnering with a well-established Minnesota construction company seeking a Construction Estimator & Project Manager to lead projects across residential, commercial, agricultural, and equestrian sectors.
Compensation:
$90K-$110K base salary plus a generous bonus structure and exceptional benefits package. About the Role Seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager who can confidently manage everything from quick-turn bids to complex design-build projects up to $10M. This person will work closely with leadership and play a key role in both preconstruction and project execution. Success in this role requires strong estimating judgment, project leadership, and the ability to communicate clearly with ownership, field teams, and design partners. What You'll Do- Lead estimating for projects ranging from small builds to $10M design-build work.
- Manage project delivery , including budgets, schedules, contracts, and coordination.
- Partner with leadership and field teams to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and execution.
- Work across construction types including post-frame, stick-frame, PEMB, and precast. What You Bring
- Strong estimating and project management experience on ground-up projects, ideally in the $1M-$10M range.
- Technical knowledge across multiple construction methods and design-build delivery.
- Executive-level communication skills with the ability to work directly with ownership and field leadership.
