Insight Global is seeking a Construction Coordinator to support a growing construction and restoration operation. This individual will oversee procurement, vendor coordination, and warranty-related workflows while acting as a key cross-functional partner to project managers, accounting, and leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compliance-focused, and thrives in fast-paced, multi-site construction environments with high accountability and ownership.
Day-to-Day:
Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, and insurance compliance Coordinate purchasing of materials across multi-site construction projects Strengthen and maintain vendor and subcontractor bench Send bid packages and manage pricing requests Schedule and coordinate site walks with vendors and project managers Track and save project documentation in Procore Identify cost-saving opportunities through sourcing and negotiation Manage nationwide warranty-related work orders from request to completion Coordinate emergency response coverage and monthly on-call rotations Communicate regularly with homeowners, vendors, and internal teams We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Must-Haves:
Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in construction purchasing or procurement Strong construction background (estimating, purchasing, field experience) Vendor onboarding and compliance experience (insurance, documentation) Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors Ability to review and validate invoices Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills Knowledge of OSHA and jobsite safety requirements Ability to travel and participate in emergency on-call rotation
Plusses:
Experience with restoration, remodel, or reconstitution projects Familiarity with Xactimate estimates Procore experience Knowledge of state or local governmental safety requirements Experience supporting multi-site or nationwide projects
