Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee remodeling projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management, project scheduling, and site coordination will drive successful project outcomes while maintaining safety and quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and bring innovative construction solutions to life. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Review blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings such as Civil 3D files to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of design intent. Manage procurement processes including construction estimating and HeavyBid analysis to secure competitive pricing and resource allocation. Oversee construction site activities, enforce safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Utilize tools like ProCore and Bluebeam for document control, RFIs (Request for Information), submittals, change orders, and daily reporting to maintain project transparency. Monitor project schedules closely with project management techniques to identify potential delays early and implement corrective actions promptly. Ensure proper contract administration by reviewing agreements, managing change orders, and tracking project costs against budgets. Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating project coordination meetings and maintaining clear communication channels among all stakeholders. Skills Extensive experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid or similar tools. Proven ability in construction estimating, project scheduling, and contract management within large-scale construction projects. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings related to civil engineering and heavy construction. Excellent project management skills with a focus on time management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. Hands-on experience in construction site supervision including safety enforcement and quality assurance practices. Effective communication skills for coordinating teams across multiple disciplines while maintaining client relationships. Familiarity with construction laws, regulations, permits, and contract administration processes. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.
