Position Overview We are seeking a Designated Coordinator to oversee services, support direct care staff, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. In this leadership role, you'll supervise a caseload of program participants, guide Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), and coordinate individualized, person-centered plans. What You'll Do Supervise and support assigned caseload of participants Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered plans and annual reviews Train, mentor, and evaluate DSP/Employment Support Specialists Ensure compliance with
MN 245D, PHASE
policies, and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate documentation and data collection Provide direct training to staff and participants in job and program settings Coordinate with families, residential providers, and community partners Monitor participant progress, employment outcomes, and skill development Maintain program site standards for safety, cleanliness, and workflow Provide First Aid/CPR and crisis intervention as needed Qualifications Belief that every human being has gifts & potential waiting to be unlocked & discovered - that the world, and humanity, flourishes only when each person's gifts are revealed, cultivated & celebrated. Belief that everything P-I does should be designed to help individuals unlock, discover and develop their potential to fully participate in the world around them, including freely & equitably accessing competitive integrated employment.
