JOB SUMMARY
The Field Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing installation quality, project execution, and customer satisfaction across assigned projects. This position works closely with customers, subcontractors, project teams, and operations leadership to ensure installations are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. Success in this role means projects meet quality standards, warranty and repair issues are resolved promptly, and strong relationships are maintained with customers and job site personnel. This role requires strong construction knowledge, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate assigned projects from installation through completion to ensure quality standards, timelines, and customer expectations are met. Partner with Sales, Project Management, and Operations teams to support successful project execution and timely completion. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, project managers, and job site personnel. Conduct job site visits to inspect installation quality, identify deficiencies, and coordinate corrective actions as needed. Manage installer schedules and monitor project progress to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. Coordinate warranty, repair, and service work while communicating updates to customers and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, installation notes, warranties, service orders, and inspection records. Review labor costs and subcontractor performance to support operational efficiency and project profitability. Provide recommendations regarding subcontractor quality, performance, and ongoing project assignments. Support installer and staff training initiatives while reinforcing product knowledge, installation standards, and safety requirements. Attend project meetings and communicate project status, risks, and resolutions to internal and external stakeholders. Follow and enforce all company safety policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides oversight of assigned projects and subcontractor activities to support quality, safety, and schedule expectations. This position does not have direct supervisory responsibility for company associates.
Requirements:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Valid driver's license with the ability to meet company motor vehicle record standards. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction quality assurance, field operations, installation management, or a related construction environment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentation. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Mathematical skills sufficient to perform measurements, calculate percentages, and support basic project cost tracking. Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn company software systems. Experience coordinating multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong customer service and relationship management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with flooring, cabinetry, countertops, or other interior finish products. Experience supporting residential new construction, remodeling, or property management projects. Experience working directly with subcontractors and installation teams. Experience using Microsoft Office applications and project management software. Experience supporting sales, project management, or customer service functions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to operate a vehicle and travel between job sites, customer locations, and company facilities throughout the workday.
Mobility:
Frequently required to walk active job sites, climb stairs, and navigate varying terrain.
Lifting/Carrying:
Frequently lifts and/or moves materials weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Positioning:
Regularly required to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and work in various positions while inspecting installations and performing service-related activities.
Manual Dexterity:
Frequently uses mobile devices, computers, and basic hand tools.
Communication:
Ability to effectively communicate and exchange accurate information with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.
Vision:
Ability to inspect products, workmanship, and installation quality and identify deficiencies or variances from standards.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

Job Site/Field:
Frequent presence at active residential and commercial construction sites.
Warehouse/Showroom:
Occasional work in warehouse and showroom environments.
Driving:
Frequent travel between job sites, customer locations, and company facilities.
Outdoor Exposure:
Regular exposure to varying weather conditions and construction site environments.
Operational Demands:
Role may require meeting deadlines, managing multiple priorities, and occasional evening or weekend work based on project needs.
Safety:
Requires adherence to company safety policies and procedures while working in office, warehouse, and field environments.
