Architectural, Construction Construction Administrator Minneapolis, MN | Direct Hire | $70k-$110k I On-site Konik is partnering with a well-established, multi-disciplinary architecture and engineering firm to add a Construction Administrator for educational, civic, and faith-based project work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving real-time construction challenges, and acting as the connection point between design intent and successful project execution.Construction Administrator Responsibilities:
Work closely with architects, owners, and contractors to support projects through the construction phase Perform constructability reviews and provide feedback on design documents Conduct site visits and field observations; document findings and lead or participate in project meetings Review and process RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and change orders Coordinate with MEP, structural, civil, and interiors teams Maintain alignment between construction activities and contract documents Assist with issuing ASI's, PR's, CCD's, and closeout materials Support project closeout, ensuring documentation and deliverables arepleted accurately and efficientlyConstruction Administrator Qualifications:
Associate degree in Architectural Drafting or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field 3+ years of experience in construction administration or building construction formercial building projects Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and codes Experience reviewing shop drawings, RFIs, pay applications, and change orders Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications General understanding of architectural, structural, civil, and MEP systems Strongmunication,anization, and problem-solving skills Regional travel required for site visits (primarily day travel)Benefits:
