Key Responsibilities:
Assist with scheduling subcontractors, inspections, and job-site visits Support permit applications and follow-up with municipalities and inspectors Maintain job files, project notes, photos, and related documentation Assist with material ordering, deliveries, and vendor coordination Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal staff regarding project status Support project managers with scope documentation, site measurements, and progress updates Help track project timelines, change orders, and closeout items Perform job-site visits to verify scope, document progress, and assist with coordination Assist with light hands-on work as needed, including finish carpentry, framing support, punch work, and minor repair tasks Qualifications /
Requirements:
Some construction experience preferred Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and job-site practices Experience with finish carpentry, framing, or general repair work is preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Valid driver's license required Must be able to pass a criminal background check Must have a clean driving record, as this position will require driving company vehicles
