Job Description Lead the pre-construction phase, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met. Prepare detailed cost estimates and risk assessments for construction projects. Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate contracts to align with project goals. Monitor compliance with building codes, regulations, and company standards. Provide support to the project team during the transition from pre-construction to construction phases. Maintain accurate documentation and reports for all pre-construction activities. Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives within the construction department.
