Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Manager to lead and oversee water well and septic system construction projects and related activities from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all aspects of construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards between two office locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to make a tangible impact on small-scale construction projects. Duties Procure construction projects through on-site review with potential customers and other parties and virtual construction platforms Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality specifications Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project execution Oversee site operations and employees, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed and environmental regulations are met Review blueprints, schematics, contracts, and construction documents to ensure accuracy and clarity Manage procurement processes, including construction estimating and contract negotiations Ensure effective project coordination by tracking milestones, managing resources, and resolving issues promptly Experience Proven experience in water well and septic system construction management with a strong background in small-scale civil or commercial projects Extensive site experience in the construction industry with a solid understanding of construction processes and safety standards Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings Strong knowledge of project scheduling techniques and construction estimating methods Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate multiple tasks effectively Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams including clients, subcontractors, vendors, and employees
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:
