Job Description

Join Our Growing Team We are seeking a motivated and experienced Roofing Sales / Project Manager to join our fast-growing insurance restoration and roofing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and can manage roofing projects from inspection to final completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-driven, customer-focused, and experienced in residential and/or commercial roofing sales and project management. Position Overview The Roofing Sales / Project Manager is responsible for: Generating and managing roofing leads Performing roof inspections Meeting with homeowners and insurance adjusters Creating project scopes and estimates Managing roofing crews and subcontractors Overseeing projects from start to finish Ensuring customer satisfaction and quality control Driving revenue growth through sales and relationship building Key Responsibilities Conduct residential and commercial roof inspections Identify storm, hail, and wind damage Educate homeowners on roofing systems and insurance restoration processes Build and maintain strong customer relationships Coordinate with insurance carriers and adjusters when applicable Prepare estimates and supplements using industry software Schedule jobs and manage production timelines Order materials and coordinate deliveries Perform site visits and quality control inspections Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably Collect payments and close out completed jobs Maintain accurate job documentation and communication Qualifications Preferred Experience Roofing sales experience Insurance restoration experience Project management experience in roofing or construction Experience working with insurance claims and supplements Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods Skills Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Self-motivated and goal-oriented Leadership and team coordination skills Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs Basic technology and software proficiency Requirements Valid driver's license Ability to lift and climb safely Ability to work flexible hours during storm seasons Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + commission structure High earning potential Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable) Fuel reimbursement Bonus opportunities Paid training Career advancement opportunities Supportive team environment
Expected Compensation:
