We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through completion. - Opportunity to lead end-to-end project execution Job Summary The Project Manager - Construction is responsible for planning, budgeting, scheduling, and executing construction projects from start to finish.
- Lead construction project management from pre-construction through closeout
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Coordinate all phases of commercial, multifamily, and hotel construction projects
- Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and contract requirements Vendor & Subcontractor Management
- Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and scopes of work
- Issue and track purchase orders and contracts
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and trade partners Financial Oversight
- Prepare and manage project estimates and budgets
- Track project costs, forecasts, and change orders
- Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving strategies Site & Quality Management
- Conduct job site visits to monitor quality, productivity, and safety
- Ensure adherence to construction schedules and milestones
- Coordinate punch lists and project closeout activities Compliance & Reporting
- Research and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Obtain permits and Certificates of Occupancy
- Prepare project status reports for internal leadership and stakeholders Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead meetings with owners, investors, and project teams
- Promote a safe, compliant, and productive work environment
- Step into on-site leadership (Superintendent role) when needed Required Skills .
