Preconstruction Manager in Sauk Rapids

- June 3, 2026 We're hiring a Preconstruction Manager to lead estimating, budgeting, and project coordination efforts, ensuring alignment with company values and client needs. This role creates impact by overseeing preconstruction activities in central Minnesota, with a hybrid work arrangement. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preliminary budgets, drafting, estimating, and maintaining the estimating system, ensuring accurate project documents and reports
- Enforce strict adherence to government and company safety, health, and environmental requirements while directing project activities for quality and performance
- Promote the company image through ethical business practices, fostering strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
