We are continually looking for passionate and hard working individuals to join our team and collaborate, build, and grow with us. We operate in a fast paced atmosphere with a "team first" mentality. Currently we are looking for an experienced (Part-Time) Janitorial Supervisor to join our team and help us improve upon the quality of services we provide our clients. As a Janitorial Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of our services and employees at multiple building sites.

SHIFT:

Part -Time (30 hours per week) Monday - Friday evenings starting at 5pm until 11pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Janitorial cleaning. Ensure satisfactory work from other team members. Verify completion of scope on a daily basis. Cover shifts where there are employee absences. Train new employees. Provide ongoing training to current employees. Assist in performing inspections. Compile reports and shift summaries to send to manager on a daily basis. Other duties assigned by the Area Manager.

QUALIFICIATIONS

You must be 21+ years old. At least 1 year of supervisory janitorial experience is needed for consideration. High attention to detail. Must be able to pass background check. Must have valid MN Driver's license and auto insurance. Must be able to communicate in English. Must be able to lift 25+ pounds. Able to communicate effectively & professionally with customers, co-workers & management. Highly organized. Perform well and keep calm under pressure.
